A charming town and base from which to visit World War I battle sites and learn about the history
Ypres is a city with a very rich and varied past. Originally known as a centre of the Flemish cloth trade, it is now better known as one of the towns destroyed during WWI. It has since been rebuilt and is a charming place to visit where one can visit sites associated with the war and also visit the medieval parts of town. We offer a range of dedicated superior school accommodation and leisure activities can be combined with historical study on a short visit. The town and area is easily accessible by coach.
