Scarborough make an excellent centre for exploring North Yorkshire. Scarborough is an excellent seaside destination with many interesting places to visit. En route visit the National Coal Mining Museum which includes an underground tour.  Visit the Scarborough Sealife Centre, Robin Hood Bay, Eden Camp and Castle Howard. Also spend a day in York where your group will visit the Jorvik Viking Centre and the Railway Museum Groups are accommodated in excellent hotels within walking distance of the beach.  Orienteering, compass skills and team building activities can be arranged with the North Yorkshire Moors Visitor Centre and the Field Studies Council at Danby for a truly exciting day out.
