We at SJA are committed to ensuring that your trip is safe and fully compliant with Covid-19 Government advice and/or restrictions that may be in effect. We are working closely with our coach, accommodation and visit providers to ensure that they are aware of the measures that need to be taken to protect school groups from Covid-19. We are being guided by the STF in respect to safety measures and standards, all in order to ensure that you and parents are reassured that your school trip will be safe.
We are operating business as usual with all staff working in our office and also from home. Therefore, you can be assured of our usual personal and dedicated service when planning your trip for 2022 and beyond. We are continuing to monitor updates from the Department of Education and following Government advice.
We will take all the necessary steps to ensure that your tour adheres to the Covid-19 safety measures for groups. We will be working with schools, both before and during their trips, to ensure their best possible safety and well-being at all times.
We will be closely monitoring the FCO advice regarding travel and Government guidance in relation to school trips abroad. Please be assured that we will keep you informed as and when we receive the latest travel updates and advice.
If we are unable to proceed with your trip due to Covid-19 Government restrictions being enforced, then a full refund will be payable. If however, your school cancels the trip due to Covid-19 then a refund will not be payable. Schools should ensure that their School Travel Insurance policy contains relevant cover for cancellation due to Covid-19.
We are now taking bookings for 2022 and beyond and we look forward to your school travelling with the School Journey Association.
