Experience the natural, breathtaking beauty of Wales. The country’s mountainous backdrop and tranquil setting is an ideal place for school groups to experience some thrilling outdoor activities.
North Wales – Set in nine acres of stunning woodland, on the lower slopes of Conwy Mountain, this is an idyllic setting for your stay in North Wales. From the grounds there is a breathtaking view of the Conwy Estuary; the Great Orme and Victorian resort of Llandudno; and over to Anglesey with its beautiful beaches and lovely cliff walks. The historic walled town of Conwy, with its castle and harbour, is a fifteen minute walk away. A fantastic location for an adventurous school trip.
South Wales – There are several adventure centres in this region where you can experience adrenelin-fuelled activities such as gorge walking and caving to kayaking, abseiling and raft building. Your school group can choose to stay on-site, or if you are wishing to explore in your free time, SJA can offer hostel accommodation in a central Cardiff hostel where you can discover all the fantastic amenities this city has to offer.
